GCF WILL CONDUCT INFORMATION DISCLOSURE SIMULTANEOUSLY IN ENGLISH FROM JANUARY 1, 2025

The 2019 Securities Law and its guiding documents;
Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Securities Law;
Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 of the Ministry of Finance guiding information disclosure on the securities market;
Circular No. 68/2024/TT-BTC dated September 18, 2024 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing a number of articles of the circulars on securities trading and information disclosure on the securities market.
In order to enhance transparency, professionalism, and meet legal requirements in information disclosure activities, G.C Food Joint Stock Company (GCF) respectfully announces: from January 1, 2025, in addition to the Company conducting periodic information disclosure simultaneously in English in accordance with Article 5 of Circular 68/2024/TT-BTC dated September 18, 2024 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing a number of articles of the circulars on securities trading and information disclosure on the securities market, the Company will also conduct ad-hoc information disclosure simultaneously in English.
The simultaneous disclosure of periodic and ad-hoc information in English not only ensures compliance with legal regulations but also brings significant value: it enables investors, both domestic and foreign, to access accurate and complete information, minimizing the risk of misunderstanding or misinterpretation due to language barriers; compliance with bilingual disclosure demonstrates the readiness to adopt higher standards in corporate governance and shareholder relations; it reflects a commitment to transparency, building trust with shareholders and investors regarding GCF’s management capability and sustainable development strategy.
GCF is always committed to fully and strictly complying with legal regulations related to information disclosure; ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of information disclosed in both Vietnamese and English; and continuously improving the quality of information based on feedback from Shareholders and Investors.
