Research on raw material composition, along with the improvement and standardization of testing methods, is carried out on a regular basis by GC Food’s Research & Development Center and the Food Safety & Production Operations Department. In addition, GC Food collaborates with the National Institute of Nutrition and accredited testing centers to further develop and refine procedures and methods for food safety testing and inspection.
GC Food’s laboratory system fully meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Beyond quality standards, GC Food also complies with advanced management systems related to environmental and energy management.
