Aloe Vera Sourcing Region

GC Food owns an aloe vera raw material area of more than 200 hectares, cultivated according to VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards, with yields reaching 550 tons/ha/year. In the next few years, the aloe vera area is expected to expand to 500 hectares, mainly in Ninh Thuan and several South Central provinces.

In addition, in vitro propagation technology can produce 3 million high-quality seedlings per year, meeting the company’s expansion needs. With a secure supply of raw materials, GC Food’s Vietfarm plant can consistently process 150 tons of fresh aloe leaves per day to produce high-quality aloe vera jelly for domestic and international markets.

Coconut Sourcing Region

Each year, GC Food’s Vinacoco coconut jelly plant uses around 6 million liters of coconut water—equivalent to output from 250 hectares of coconut-growing area in Ben Tre—to produce 20,000 tons of finished coconut jelly.

Ben Tre—known as Vietnam’s “coconut capital”—is renowned for pure, nutrient-rich coconut water. Thanks to favorable soil and climate, Ben Tre coconuts have high mineral and natural sugar content, creating ideal conditions for fermentation and delivering coconut jelly with a springy texture and refreshing taste.
